NOTE: This offer is now extended to all suppliers to Saitama Industrial Annexe. A fee of 3750 credits per unit is applicable to all Helium-3 purchases. This fee can be redeemed by selling the base a needed commodity.
We regret imposing this fee. Unfortunately one or more suppliers have proven incapable of accounting for themselves. Taking our product, without delivering needed supplies, cannot be tolerated.

Konnichiwa and Good Morning,
On behalf of Kishiro Technologies, I would like to thank Interspace Commerce for their trade dealings in the Okinawa system. Both GMG and Kishiro reps have been working around the clock to sustain Helium-3 stock levels on Fuxyueru Trade Hub.
To be sure, demand well and truly outstrips supply. With this in mind, Kishiro has begin construction of the Saitama Industrial Annexe. This is an extension to Gas Miner Ogashawa, and is built with the approval of the GMG.
Even in these early stages, we can store around 40,000 units of gas on board. I intend to use this stock to offer Interspace a unique deal.
There are no prices set for commodities on Saitama, whilst we are still in its build phase of operations. I would like to offer IC a barter deal with regards to commodities.
IC ships can take away Helium-3 gas at a nominal cost of one (1) credit per unit.
For every unit of gas taken away, IC shall deliver a unit of a needed base building commodity, and a nominal cost of one credit.
In this way, IC makes 100 percent profit on the Helium-3 gas, and can source many needed base commodities at the cheapest supply points. The only cost to Kishiro is the time needed to mine the gas and store it.
As you can imagine, there are many hundreds of thousands of units of materials needed to completely build a base. I urge you to consider this offer, and I look forward to your reply.
