I never stated i did it my self i was just giving a situation. ie if a player is ignorat that he is re engaging the same player he just did and does not know who the player is would it still be sanctionable is the point i was getting to because that also needs to be clarified.

Second: Your other picture in the rotation fills the full 700x250 boundaries by itself.
