Good day comrades. Yesterday I went out alone on quick recon in what seemed empty Leeds at the moment. Now I have some interesting news.
First of all, it seems that Bretonia has lost control of Glasgow and Stokes bases to KNF. Also tradelanes to both are damaged a bit. It is an interesing turn of events but I fear if KNF gets hold of Bretonia we will have no chance of propaganda takeover.
Next thing I learned is that KNF had stationed a battleship on Tau gate along with heavy patrols. Durning my flyby of battleship Ive counted at least seven destroyers and dozen or so gunboats.
Now the fun begins, since it seems that even civilians in Bretonia are preparing turrets when they see us and that will have to be solved. Now, I was located by few civilians and my presence was revealed to small BAF patrol. I managed to flee and hide in one of smog clouds while patrol cleared planet Leeds so I can take note that there is Battleship Derby stationed in orbit. From what I saw of it, ship is barely holding together. Now as I was sneaking near the Lane, BAF officer poped out of it and engaged in pursuit. Now, imagine my wonder when I saw it aint either Templar or Hussar ship, but some new prototype called "Paladin". From what ive seen of it its ship that bridges the gap between their two ships and seems dangerous enough.
Well with bretonian on my tail I decided to run, but i managed to get some of their comm chatter and learn that battleship York is moved in protective position to LD-14 so I went to gather data on that. It is parked near Stokes-LD-14 lane, just at start of asteroid field.
Well, now that I got all data I decided to get rid of bretonian by flyby of KNF positions hoping some of those Kusarites would fire a distruptor on him. Nothing happend... Ok, I set course for Cambrigde jumphole. Duning the trip one more Templar and one more BR Gunboat joined. Gunboat was their only vessel to carry disruptors, but all his attempts on getting me out of cruise failed.
To make long story short, they have been chasing me over Cambridge to O3 and from there to O5 hole where they finally gave up.
Sumary:
3 battleships are stationed in Leeds, correct coordinates will be sent over safer channels.
Insurgent had done awesome job at evading pursuit. It was a bit problematic in minefields due to wings.
BAF should learn to carry CD.
