you need people to rp/pvp on this server. but if you don't know where anyone is, how do you do that?

I daresay that a lot of players hate flying around aimlessly for other players. in house space this might not be a problem, but in the siggies, omegas and omies it will be.

You shouldn't be looking for people to role play with, especially to fight with. In my opinion people should just do their role play. Military's (Navy, Armed Forces, Naval Forces, Military) should do their combat patrols to see if theres any hostile activity in the area. Do you think they have a list in Afghanistan of where all the Taliban are located? Police should be doing lane patrols, LSF and all look alikes should be getting sourses to see if theres any illegal trade goods coming in. Pirates should be having sourses to see if theres any convoy they can ambush. Order should be patrolling Nomad space to look for any nomad activity or vessels having nomad technology. Corsairs should be fighting a war against Outcasts and raid Bretonia to fund that war. Outcast should be fighting back the Corsairs and fund that war by shipping Cardamine into Liberty under Rogue protection.

My point being; Just do what your support to do and you'll run into people really soon. Theres no need to hunt them down, you have to be really desperate for that.
