This would be a good solution.
We're not looking for free cloaks at all, that would be unfair. The issue here isn't the cloak itself, we can metagame like pros like anyone else in this community to obtain one from a faction it doesn't make any sense at all to get one from. The problem is the fuel. We can't buy it on any of our bases (should it be mox or hfuel) and it doesn't make any logical sense. We'd need a specific commodity sold on Nomad and Wilde bases.
