o hi nomads can't have cloaks

Umm... Liquid Cardamine could work like fuel. NOT FUEL exactly - but like energy, if they run out of these, they get tired and cant cloak without extra energy, the Liquid Cardamine. Just a suggestion.

I'm speaking doyalist not watsonian. Game mechanics not inRP explanation.
