Yeah I don't like us being in Gamma either. That stuff yesterday, we were talking about doing stuff on skype, I suggested the Hammen hole, people seemed to agree, but when we all got online seems like some wires got crossed and someone was already at Freeport 5 all like 'hey where are you guys lets GOO WOOHOOOOOOOOOO GET SOME' so we just sort of did that.
11 is pretty much hessian, 41 is pretty much corsair, but 15 is devoid of bases for both, so would provide a pretty even battleground, but with two strong considerations:
Bounty hunters have a base here. Maybe the extra activity would be good, maybe they'd be seen as getting in the way.
Junkers have a base here too. Both sides can dock on it. Could be a big mess, or it could be interesting.
Omega 47 works, but it's supposed to be a pretty far stretch for both factions and not have any major force there all the time. Fine for the odd scrap though I guess. However it is giant.
But Omega 5 is just made for it. Both factions have a base, and there is even a perfectly delineated battlefield expressly for hessians and corsairs to fight in. I don't think there's anything quite like that elsewhere in sirius, so it's a real shame not to use it. That should definitely be where the bulk of the hessian/corsair conflict is happening.
