That was my fault. I'll submit a a revised version...What had happened was there were two versions of the treaty, and I was a little hurried the second time I had to revise it, and left bits and pieces of the old one in there.
@ Colm Cillian, I was seriously trying to find a better word instead of subservient...brain freeze at the time...I did not mean that in a derogatory fashion. It is essentially a more lenient version of how 4 would apply to you. In addition, note respected advisors, not servants.
It just means that any RM in Liberty will be considered a friendly military presence, but they will have no authority, and must follow SA laws and regulations.

Thank you. In addition, to clarify on our policy, RM vessels will not be scanned. It would only add more work for us, something we are already overburdened with at the moment.
