I am Doctor Rene Altura of the privately operated research vessel N101.For some time our vessel has been exploring space, and conducting research on the Dom'Kavash, the Nomad species, and their artifacts.Our vessel was recently contacted by SCRA vessel CPW-Social.Credit, Lt. CDR Alvin Katz commanding. Lieutenant Commander Katz indicated to us that the SCRA is interested in fielding qualified research personnel in the investigation of the artifacts, and possible applications to benefit the SCRA, and possibly the whole of mankind.

Our vessel has operated independently for some time, without any support other then what we acquire or produce ourselves, which to be frank, has limited the scope of our research. If the SCRA would be willing to act as our patron, we would strive to unlock the deepest secrets left by the artifacts, and serve The Coalition in our fullest scientific capacity.We are willing to comply with the requirement that the work be conducted descreetly.Our only condition is that the SCRA acknowledge that we are a ship of knowledge not of war.We will defend ourselves and SCRA vessels if attacked, but must insist that we not be asked conduct offensive operations of any kind.We are willing to provide medical and supply assistance if requested to do so.

We are requesting access to and passage throughout Coalition space in accordance with our research as the
SCRA directs,and any data the SCRA feels may be revelant to our work.
