Using the AK 47 as an example wasn't a particularly good idea. It's one of the easiest weapons to get on the black market. Maybe you can't buy them in Britain or America, or anywhere else like that, but trek out to the Middle East or Russia and I've heard they're everywhere. I suppose it'd be more like getting an SA80 A2, which is what the British Army uses.
As for the ship itself, I'm morally opposed to more Libertonian ships, even if they are civilian.:P
