Poll: Gallic Junkers

Tenacity, while i agree with you that they shouldn't use completely the same tech. I must tell you that the gallic unlawfuls have only recently discovered that the gallic junkers were working for the crown as agents. (recently means a few decades nothing more) This information was in the "rumor" section on one of the junker bases.

So they shouldn't be more militaristic than the common junkers. While their tech could be a bit different, the truth is that they had quasi the same role in Gallia and everywhere else also the connection is obvious, the few individuals who were working in sirius as covert agents could have easily sent the plans of the sirius junker ships to the gall relatives. The only difference is that they were patronized by the lawful forces. As covert agents they could have get their hands on some military grade tech.

In my opinion they should have their own ID, and a few slightly retextured ships from the gallic navy (more rusty textures). That means 1-2 types, maybe a bit different weaponry (similar to the gallic lawful guns). BUT everything could be just explained by the fact that they were covert agents, how hard is it to hide your actions as a spy when you're flying with different ship than the rest of the galaxy. The gallic junker leaders could have just chosen to use the sirius junker ships, so when an agent comes or goes it doesn't really gives itself away by some tech never known before.
