(Keep in mind the Gallic Navy was Forcibly revealed to the rest of sirius. The Council was the group that revealed gallia.)

so yes their will be two seperate roleplays to Two separate groups.
And until Gallia makes its move, Hostile or Friendly. They will be Isolated almost Completely

I very much agree. If things are to be completely separate, why not have Gallia on a separate server to reduce lag?

But, sure, we've covered the lawfuls and Council, what about Junkers, the other unlawfuls, and the widely available Gallic civilian technology? Especially the Junkers - if they managed to get around all the insane guards on Ageira technology, wouldn't a gun using fairly standard technology (actually, it would've been kind of neat if they had their own type of gun - like a Neutrino Cannon or something with random particles, like the vanilla guns seem to be, heh) be fairly easy?

neutrino cannon would be useless since neutrinos do not carry much energy, are extremely light (so no impact force) and do not typically interact with normal matter (so no impact, beam passes through ship).

PLEASE no neutrino cannons!
