Good luck getting Bowex to sell you one - Bowex doesn't trust the Zoners enough (or at all for that matter) to sell them a Shire. People seem to misunderstand 'neutrality'. It's what the Zoners feel about others but not necessarily what they feel back. To tell other people that they're neutral with you is ridiculous. They'll decide how to deal with you from their own viewpoint (as the OPG and Privateers have).

I also find Jinx's earlier commend on 'Cannon Zoner RP' amusing, seeing as their current incarnation as an empire spanning most of Sirius with a capital fleet to boot, isn't what I imagined as cannon Zoner RP when I first played Freelancer, back whenever.
