I have been forwarded the reports from the Sisterhood, in which you mention additional captive Chrysanthemums and females inside Liberty being held as... Prostitutes? This cannot be allowed to continue. As you state, the Rogues seek to help the sisterhood by delivering to them freed captives and shutting down these brothels. This is most appreciated.
I offer you and your organization whatever support we can lend. Indeed, we have little overt military projection capability in Liberty proper... but we can offer some degree of support toward your 'Rogues' far beyond a single ship... We have sought to open operations in Liberty with the intent of ensuring it remains in check. Though this has admittedly been a low priority until now.
The threat to Chrysanthemums, however... warrants our action. We request... permission to deploy Advisers and Blackwatch units to Liberty, under your umbrella, to assist in the recovery of Sisterhood personnel, and any others who seek their protection. In return, we would be willing to assist your 'Rogues' in other ways. Supplies? Food? Fuel? This opens the door to all manner of mutual benefits between our two parties.
