Circumstances:The next one is an Outcast in a bactrain pirate freighter. I saw him on the tradelane from WP to Pennsylvania, but he was still in his Recruit ID, but the next day I found him shooting the Texas tradelane in New York and trying to pirate people. They grow up so fast.
