Ah I remember the incident now. At this point its not about the guns anymore. its about my own reputation so I will tell you my side.

I was flying from Manhatten to WP in my bomber (TL) when I came across a rogue GB (kool.Aid.Guy) attacking a Liberty fighter (Patrick Shelby). I rp'd and asked him if I could assist hom (as it certainly was a lopsided fight at that point (1 GB and 1 fighter) at which the LN pilot agreed. I advised the Rogue GB that I am engaging him. within a minute of the fight, I was engaged by VR (Trident GB- VR-Jada.Zachary) who showed up in the area (see pic 1 he is not there). The Rogue GB kept fighting Patrick and the Trident GB attacked me(the fight split in 2 fights). I thrusted to WP and the Trident followed me to within 3k of the station. Once the station opened fire. trident stopped. and stated something along the lines of "Target is fleeing". "I answered I am not fleeing, come and get me (he was around 3k from me at that time and the Rogue gunboat was around 8.6) he turned around and went back to join with the Rogue GB. I looked thru the system and advised other liberty forces what was going on. At this point other "volunteers" start dropping in on both sides of the fight (xyz, Navy.Johnny on liberty side there were more but I cant remember their names, No.refund and a few other Hackers and rogues on the other side...look at the radar on the picture). VR and Rogue GB started moving away from WP. Wish they had highlighted me on the pic where they show me at 14k in that pic I am siting by WP and they are moving away from me not the other way around (from 8.6 to 14).

After I had advised other ships of their location I pursued them back (no cruise) and caught up with them in the Debris field when Mr. Kool.Aid.Guy told me that I had fleed the fight and should not re-engage. I was on TS with Kindred and Weedalot and told them the whole scenario and they told me I could engage him. ( You may ask them if the discussion took place ). That is primarily to prove that I care about the disco rules and try my best to play by them.

By that time, they were swarmed by liberty "volunteers" and were killed one by one by them. (see last radar pic and count how many enemies that had).

Here are my questions regarding this.

1. If I am sitting by WP why would I run away when the whole base is shooting at that VR (who was within 3 k of the base) ?

2. If you have time, please talk to the other people involved in the fight as well.

3. Please notice in the last Pictures they are in the Debris field. These people were certainly moving away from WP and taking the fight away from WP. The initial engagement was around 8.6 of WP.

Last I will say, I am not a PvPwhore lolwhutter who likes engaging people. I work on both sides of the law and have worked for almost all the rogues involved in this fight from time to time. If you see the guns you took off their was no CD on me for the same reason, if the target flees, I have no reason to pursue him. My employer is safe.
