True the fight started some 8 K from West Point and we tried to go near West Point so the gunboats would atleast take some damage from it (since we weren't having much luck ourselves), the JG was near WP first while I had either 1 or both gunboats (can't really remember) on me and tried to make it to there, but I was having trouble.

We never went that far away from WP in the initial engagement, but after some time you and the other gunboat went to the lane and disrupted it while sitting there. Me and the other LN xyz were waiting for some reinforcements...

He didn't move 14 K away from the first fight, he simply stood near West Point and you thrusted away from him and stood near the lane, after we received some reinforcements he came back to us using his thrusters

Indeed it was a 1 on 1 in the begining, but then the JG came and so did the VR-, and some others...

There was never a second fight, it was merely a continuing of the first one, so it should be counted as only 1 engagement ...
I am a hundred percent sure that the JG didn't break the rules, and that if he had disengaged/fled from the fight he wouldn't have shot at you again ...
... Altough I doubt this post makes much sense, I have about 20 screenshots of the fight so if anyone wants to see them drop me a line via PM or on Skype
