Today on patrol I scanned quite a few traders, but nothing out of the ordinary. However there was a member from Southern Alliance who requested safe passage through Rheinland territory on an "exploration mission". As we are not hostile, I allowed him to pass through although I remained suspicious enough to follow his vector continually scanning his cargo after each mooring just to be sure. He did nothing illegal, but I was still troubled. I seek your council. Has paranoia gotten the better of me, or does this seem out of place?
