This is not an issue I just came from nothing. I am using that ship quite a time now. Fight multiple enemies In group fights and in one versus one.
And as far as I can tell you, to out turn anyone in it it is quite hard. Well you can keep it up with others, not like titan, but for class 9 shield, hull of an eagle (which is low, reasonably) and such number of bots is not enought. 4 guns limits you for keeping the shields down.
And your own shiled will be nuked from one hit.
It's not overpowered.

Now before you post some like "its overpowered" I openly present, a bet. Try to kill me in it fighting lets say sabre. Or mantas.
We can also trow 2 vs 2 battle or 3 vs 3 if you insist.
