Hrm.. If it has two siege cannons, where are the emitters and rings for them?
I'm having a hard time with suggestions because I don't know what type of ship you're trying for.
If it's an LABC replace, or a battlecruiser of any kind, then I don't think you should give it Siege Cannons. The current Siege Cruiser is good with its current role of a long range strike cruiser, and you can figure out just what it's intended to do from a single glance. It's long, agile, presenting as small a forward profile as possible without compromising the structure supporting main gun.
This ship is thin as well from the top and front, but from the sides it presents a wide profile, perfect for mounting ship-to-ship torpedos or broadside gun emplacements. It also looks rather agile as well, like a knife, using its forward profile to minimize as much damage as possible until it gets in range, then slipping in between enemy ships and unleashing hell.
Personally, I'd love to see a cruiser with multiple torpedo mounts.
