Konnichiwa Ms Shoemaker,
As you are no doubt aware, Fuxyueru Trade Hub, as well as the other GMG bases, service the mining fields in the Okinawa system. As large as Fuxyueru is, that base regularly runs out of stock - in no small part thanks to your efficient transports!
We have identified Sigma-19 as a greatly underutilised system since the new gas mining techniques were put into place. It is our aim to build a facility every bit as large as Fuxyueru. As to any provisions made for industrial modules, I am sure we will be looking to build one or two. The exact nature of any such modules is yet to be determined.
With regards to invoicing of commodities. The general Base Listings now shows our priorities for incoming goods. In general, commodities would be exchanged in lots of 40,000 units (or 20,000 in the case of Ship Hull Panels) for convoys.
Alternatively, individual transports can simply exchange goods on an ad-hoc basis, logging into the base when they come to the region. We are after all but one system away from Furyoku Station.
With numerous core upgrades, cargo, defense and factory modules to be built - this is a major, ongoing contract. We are limited only by the storage space on Saitama, and the availability of miners to keep the base stocked.
