Ok but whats wrong with whole this 'they are not rare anymore'? I dont understand.

To collect stock with 90 High end Prototypes (it is item limit per ship, you cant have 120 items on board) is not easy task. Dealers will agree with me on this. If You will make them common, or limit them, or whatever you call it, you will kill very big economic part of this game.

So for all this, I will say NO.
