It has come to my attention that a specific individual has been lending Staffelkommandantin Katrina Mitzi and the Valkyries some guidance during their reconnaissance endeavors into Liberty space. Normally I would question such actions from one who claims to be a Junker, however from what Ive been told she has also made a few sacrifices to ensure the safety of one of my best officers.
Upon special request of the Valkyries, I will allow this individual; Evangeline McDowell to station her vessel the Maelstrom on Alster Shipyard whenever seen fit by herself. My only condition is that it be kept out of sight around inhabited areas such as stations and bases whenever possible. Our guest Is not to be hassled in any way, shape, or form as long as she and the crew aboard the Maelstrom adhere to Rheinland laws.
Overall, any complaints and concerns regarding our new guest should be directed towards the Staffelkommandantin, although I do believe a proper meeting between Frau McDowell and I prove to be appropriate.
In any case, my orders are quite simple and I do not expect any hardship in carrying them out to the letter.
