Gamer phrases and "leet" speak don't exist in the official English language. They're slangs and abbreviations created for quick communication.
Although some might argue that recently certain words of popular usage have made it into the Oxford English Dictionary but that's just the way English is - it evolves and expands as some words become redundant and some become so frequently used it's considered official.
I don't encourage "leet" speak because I think it conflicts with normal spoken and written English. Some people might use the excuses "can't be bothered" or "takes too long", it never takes too long to learn and use correct grammar.
I'm afraid I can't possibly list and explain all forms of gamer phrases as well as their deviations, since I disregard them as proper English.
