Red Hessian Army feedback

Ok. Im sick and tired of getting "cannibal!" shouted at me, and then getting shot at by you guys.
It's bad enough not being able to do other things because of being rounded on by Hessians at every turn, it's bad enough that despite all the efforts I make to start proper RP exchanges with the Hessians before weapons start being fired I only get ignored, but as if that wasn't enough, things are getting worse.
My MOST RECENT expeiences with the RHA (having interacted with them for the best part of 3 years) is that they;

• Are happy leading attacks on individual and isolated enemy fighters/bombers utilising overwhelming forces consisting of as much as 5 times the force of the defender.
  
• Believe that two words "die cannibal!" is enough RP to preface an attack.
  
• Believe that it's acceptable for the 2 words they do use to be metagaming referances. (for clarification
  
• Believe they have the right to force players to PVP with them whenever they choose, even if the player is busy, desperately retreating (in order to avoid undesired PVP, or in the face of overwhelming forces), or attempting to engage in a verbal RP exchange.
  
• Believe they can continue an attack within the limits of a Freeport.
  

It seems like every time I log on, the long-standing respect I have for RHA suffers another blow.
It seems like the many old members I respected, and enjoyed interacting with are gone, replaced by pvp-server rejects who dont deserve to wear the RHA name.

When members can't offer decent RP, can't offer a fair fight, cant offer tolerance or respect for the gameplay of others, what exactly can they provide?
