Miyamoto landed on Kyoto after a long and stressful day, as many that were once great Samurai, are now lost. That troubles his heart as they were his brothers. But the Rising Sons shall rise again, and Kusari awaits to be enlighten with Dragon wisdom and honor. He walked off his ship to the landing platform where he was greeted by an Oban of the Rising Sons, one of his own personal Guard. He bowed to him showing respect, and Miyamoto responded, bowing his head slightly while placing his hand on his sword.
"Konnichiwa Sensei, you honor us with your presence." - The young Oban said as he gesticulated Miyamoto the way with his hand, "They are awaiting you in the Court room."
"Konnichiwa brother, any news from Kyoto?" - Miyamoto replied as he folded a piece of important looking parchment and hooked it onto his belt and began walking to the Court room.
"His Greatness summoned all available Samurai to the Court, but I am sure you are aware of this, because that is the probable reason of your arrival."
"Hai hai." - Miyamoto nodded and confirmed the young Oban's thoughts, gently touching the parchment that was hanging from his belt, "I have brought what The Taishogun wishes to see, the list of all the Samurai in the Rising Sons, and I bring the sad news, if there are any dead Samurai, or even worse, captured."
"Hai Sensei! We better hurry then!" - The Oban said as he was ran in front of Miyamoto to open the doors for him. And the two proceeded into the main Court room.
"But that is not the issue here, we must...." - The babbling inside the Court stopped as Miyamoto pushed the large entrance door, and his figure appeared before the young Dragons standing there. Little time did Miyamoto lose, as he immediately proceeded into the Main Court room, glancing his eyes all around the room, seeing many Dragons that he knew, and respected, and some, that he was not very fond of.
The Taishogun was sitting in his Throne observing the room, and doing his daily routines. Miyamoto entered his visual range, and kneeled on the red carped that lead to his throne, taking his katana of his back and placing it into his hands, as the sign of respect to His Greatness.
"Konnichiwa most Honorable One, may this humble Samurai ask for permission to approach your throne?" - Miyamoto asked The Taishogun, as he knew he was expecting him to arrive.
"Konnichiwa Shogun, come, The Taishogun has been expecting you." - The Taishogun responded, and Miyamoto approached him, and kneeled before him handing him the parchment he was carrying. And stood up to remain by The Taishogun's side. The Taishogun stood up from his throne, opened the parchment as all of the room quieted down. He gave it to Miyamoto and braced his head with his hand as he leaned on his throne.
"Let it be known and written, Daimyo Tokugawa Ieaysu is no longer a Daimyo of the Rising Sons, he failed in his honorable duties, and is now a Hatamoto. Roju Uesugi Kenshin has honorably stepped down from his rank." - Miyamoto began reading, "Two Shoguns are without their most trusted Dragons, their Daimyos. And two Roju's are no longer being able to perform their duties. If a Samurai feels he is worthy of such honor of achieving these ranks, then he is to speak before The Most Honorable Taishogun. Then The Taishogun and The Taishogun alone will decide whom He wishes at these ranks, so do not demand anything."
Miyamoto rolled up the parchment as quiet babbling could be heard in the distance, as the Dragons were talking about who deserves these ranks. Miyamoto then turned to The Taishogun and spoke in a quiet voice.
"If I may speak Your Greatness?" - He asked The Taishogun with upmost respect.
"Hai, The Taishogun is willing to listen." - Miyamoto received an answer from his Taishogun.
"Samurai Yuuma-san is a honorable one, and he would do great deeds if he was to be a Roju. As well as Arisu-san, if we make her a Roju, the Chrysanthemum sisters could see it as a sign of us willing to acknowledge women equal in the new Empire." - Miyamoto said and The Taishogun looked at him.
"The Taishogun will consider this. That is all Shogun." -The Taishogun again braced his head with his hand and leaned on the throne, thinking deeply on the matter at hand.
