I have been reviewing our flight roster, and am issuing Battle field commissions to several officers of the Coalition.

Brooks of the Social Credit, you are granted the field commission of Lt. Commander and assigned command of the Social Credit.

Rasputin, Petrovin, you are here by requested and required to wear the insignia of full Lieutenants in the Coalition's Revolutionary Army, Hermanos, you have earned this honour. You are also both to report to Commissar Medvedov for advanced Tactics and Theory, as well as Grand Master stratagem and Transitive theory training. Do not disappoint the Commissar, esse!

Williamson, Balan, you are both promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, hermanos, I can use you in the air, hunting where you belong, on the line!
