Shogun Sum-Gok-Li looked over the prison logs. There had been no requests to see Akuji, the former Shogun. Whoever might have been a supporter of his was keeping a low profile at the moment.
Shogun Gok-Li thought that Akuji had sweated for long enough. He sent for the guards to bring him in to Sum's chambers.
Akuji was not obliged to be bound, being formerly of the Shogunate. He was escorted in, bowed to Shogun Gok-Li and took a seat in front of Sum's desk.
Sum spoke "Welcome Akuji, the Taishogun is most interested in hearing an account of your time in abstentia."
Sum leaned forward his hands clasped together "Now, where shall we begin?"
