Dear Mr. DeVirgo,

initially we were convinced that your pilots would abide to this resolution, even more when we witnessed their departure from Delta in the moment of the last Nomad attack, but it seems that some stragglers have been forgotten by your main fleet body. We would like to mention especially two of them, BHG|Moray-Sabrefish and BHG|Moray-Piranha, who are the only reason why we are daring to bother you again with our humble concerns. Please review yourself some visual evidence we have gathered at Freeport 11 not even four days after we have issued the resolution:

Please inform the according pilots that their docking permissions are hereby permanently withdrawn at all Zoner bases in Sirius.
