Lore? Are you high dude? Of course expect to be shot by almost every faction in Kusari if you're Outcast.

I think yes and no. The Order hates us and have been snooping around looking at what the OC are up to with the nomnoms. The Order are friends with the Blood Dragons, but supposedly enemies of the Corsair and close friends with the GC, which are OC allied (although I have seen some hostile threads going on, so not too sure about that any more - GC might be looking for some pewpew action). So where does that leave OC and Blood Dragons?

It is like OC ought to have more allies (read: be allies in-game with the folks we are supposed to be allied or at least have somewhat good ties to according to the general back story) and general influence due to our massive wealth and cardamine's corrupting qualities, but we don't really have anything to offer and are too fragmented to really interact with - you never know if an OC indie is going to pewpew or initiate diplomatic talks, and maybe that is our biggest problem.
