Now, lets analyse the SCRA. The goal of the SCRA, according to some of its members that I encountered in-game, is the entire destruction of the Sirius sector.

Seems like the grunts weren't paying attention in the briefing!

We are here to convert Sirius to the Coalition way of thought. That's why we don't target civilians.

Now, the SCRA tag, is a problem. They aren't Xenos, but use the tag. It's the closest fit at present, as it has the most hostiles. This is probably the real reason. If there were a Coalition tag, it would be better, but this would require a lot of input for little gain.

The use of a Zoner base just happens to be handy because they are neutral. I guess you gotta suspend disbelief there, really.
