90% of the time Corsairs have started to target only the independent zoners because those could not be vouched for. While factions like OSI and TaZ or C were left alone because some of their members supplied crete with food.

this way we could oorp-ly encourage zoners to get in faction and actually learn to do things better while benefiting the safety. But those times were when some people I knew lead those zoner factions and they were pretty much open for negotiation.

If zoners are simply refusing to bring food, then zoners do not have to make any more moves, they made a good enough move, it should be Corsair time to answer.


But will this actually lead to some major politic shifts, I doubt it. Bretonia can only get peace from Corsairs when they leave Cambridge, and well, that's just not going to happen. Cambridge feeds entire nation.
Moving from that, SCRA and Zoners can only be friends for so long. After all, people seem to be dazzled by nice speeches and fancy ships but they were the enemy for a reason.

Hessian - Zoner bond? Hm, why not. but guess what, I'm sure they'll expect you to haul goods for them too.
