Where are all the Blood Dragons?

Problem is, the Blood Dragons and GC have got to travel down from the top of Kusari, and even then, there are no bases in central Kusari to act as safe havens.

The Hogosha, FA, KSP and KNF all work together, meaning the Dragons and GC often have the odds pitted against them.
Kusari isn't balanced right. It's balanced for the Vanilla storyline, probably the last house to be developed before the game was rushed out.

It's pretty messed up.

That, the BD can't be active because they always get pvpwhored.
