Indeed Agmen you are right.
Primitive made his comment based on this topic. There you clear state that Junkers can pirate non-corporate players in House-space. We assumed that according to it we are clear to pirate in the GC server, nobody of us talked about SP or other servers. In the second topic just confirmed the information by the first topic. It seems that we were mislead somehow by both of them:

Okay, in all seriousness, the intent of the Junker ID was to have them not pirate in house space at all. And that may change to reflect that. But honest rules lawyer and wordsmith that I am (remember, I'm the guy that reads and understands the rules for fun) - in the event that you as a Junker happen across a Freelancer with a cargo hold full of .... whatever ... in house space, if you decide to pirate him, well, have fun.

Freelancers, Independant Traders, Miners (those without a corporate ID), Mercs ... There actually was discussion about whether you could pirate Bounty Hunters, but someone else (not me) pointed out that Bounty Hunters are considered a corporation.

I am sure that no one of us the sanctioned - Me, Primitive,Poltergeist or Vlko would broke the rules with intention. We are not in the admin chat.We see only what is posted in the forum.We cannot know what the admins discuss about the IDs and about the SP,other servers or so- it is not our fault. That's why we feel somehow not guilty and we don't think that this sanction is fair.

Official faction players that are often accused of elitism, never deploy them and have those weird, immersion killing "fair fight/dueling" suicidal hobbies. (yes, i've seen enough of those lolduels, where house military with overwhelming force on the field willingly loses a pilot in a duel. ffs.)
