Lieutenant Aleesha Cooperto: Junker Congress, copy to: Liberty Navy, Liberty Police Incorporated

Arbiter, I can't count the times when your attitude became an issue for a constructive dialogue between Junker Congress and Liberty authorities. You suggested me to chose you or no Congressman to cooperate with on the matter and I'd better chose none instead of your persona.
This message was directed to the whole Congress as the Congress - not to mention the other Junkers - is remarkably carefree regarding enlisting its ships and members operating in Liberty space to any of law-enforcement authorities.
In my last communique I merely enlisted the most drastic measures that may be taken in case the Junker Congress will act similarly to its Chief Arbiter. Your participation in the discussion wasn't necessary at all as mister van Pelt can speak for himself in a more civil manner.
The total amount of fine inflicted on Congressman Richard van Pelt is 2,000,000 Sirius Credits to be transferred to accounting dept. [LN]-Armory.001 in a period of 48 hours. I can't believe that you created such a fuss over an incident of that level.
It doesn't change the fact that you are indeed the main obstacle in the way of cooperation with Junker Congress, Arbiter, and this is already far beyond the 'protectiveness' and appears to be a specious attempt to oppose the nonexistent oppression.
Therefore I'd prefer to have a personal talk to van Pelt in the nearby future.
I assume the point regarding the ships in Congress's fleet was clear since the very beginning.
