I humbly request that my application for the Rheinland Federal Polizei be looked at. I am of strong and honorable Rheinland decent. My mother Octavian Klein's father, my grandfather, was an arms producer on Planet Nuremberg. He became extremely wealthy filling military contracts. My mother met my father, Alexander Brandt, when he a part of an escort wing escorting government officials to Planet Nuremberg. My father had just joined the Rheinland Federal Polizei and was a very low rank. My parents fell in love right away. After a few secret rendezvous, my grandfather learned of my mother's secret crush. He found it offensive his daughter would fall in love with someone of such a low status and forbid them to meet. My father being a stubborn man did not let this stop him, he proposed to my mother and they snuck off to Planet New Berlin to start a family. There was nothing extra special about my birth, as regular as they go. My mother and father found polizei housing on Planet New Berlin, moved in and begun their life. My father was absent often on partols, but it did not effect our relationship. Since my grandfather had cut my mother off and woudn't even acknowlege he had a daughter, and my father was an orphan, my parents had to work for everything they had. My father was old fashioned and believed that he was the protector and supplier for the family. He wouldn't even consider letting my mother work. My childhood was very humbling, and I owe any great qualities I have to my wonderful parents.
I grew up listeining to father's heroic stories of valor, saving rheinland citizens from the evil grasps of pirates. I never could understand why they sent me to school instead of teaching me to fight. Seemed such a waste to me. But I enjoyed school, at least somewhat. I liked to be the best, and school gave me the chance to be better than people. However I was not always the most talented, or even the smartest. I was definitely the most determined. Not being the first in everything was a big problem for me, even though it happened more than I would like to admitt. I believe strongly that to be the best, you sometimes have to lose. Pride can be the biggest weakness of all. I had good friends growing up and they knew they could always count on me. Did not matter the odds, my friends knew I had their back. Early on I told my parents I was going to follow in my father's footsteps and join the Rheinland Federal Polizei. With them knowing my stubborness they did not doubt me. It made my father proud, but it worried my mother. She used to say she was tired of worrying. I told her it wasn't a choice for me, it was a duty.
As I got older, I could sense my mother's fear growing. I could see that the thought of me going to war or battle terrified her, so we made a comprimise. I would try to find a job with an independent trading company and not rush any descion. I would have opportunities to see sirius and also make contacts in the business world, while not eliminating my option for service. My mother hoped it would change my mind, I can say I honestly tried. If anything it showed me what evil is out there and how much more Rheinland needs protection. It was the only time I can remember not following through on something I planned. It tore me up, it's all I thought about. Well that and the day I realize my dream to be a part of the Rheinland Federal Polizei. Bring this here and that there, and all the time running, never standing our ground. No way trading is for me, I am a fighter. Rheinland calls on me for protection.
I have limited combat experience but I can fly pretty good, fast learner. I got a lot of determination, I'll work hard and make Rheinland proud. I just hope I will be given a chance to prove myself worthy of the Rheinland Federal Polizei.
