Captain Rachel Baker here, Commanding Officer of Primary Fleet Recruitment & Retention Command. I'd like to sincerely apologize to those of you who've been patiently awaiting responses from my office. I've been reviewing the questionnaire results that were forwarded to me, but due to a computer system malfunction I've been unable to access the recruitment database in order to send out responses.
