Councillor Zhane,

You said yourself that your own vessel had opened fire on Bretonian ships, in defense of the Freeport. I find it highly amusing, and annoying, that you come to light in the situation after I pardon Mister Ravenor. While the Temporary Autonomous Zoners, and the Omicron Supply Industries had requested their pardons prior to Mister Ravenor, and my small speech, I'm afraid we cannot simply pardon your Enclave, for your actions in the Freeport One incident. However, a representative of your Enclave is free to attend the summit we are planning on hosting in Cambridge, the exact time and date is unknown at this moment.

At this moment, the Bretonian parliament is in session regarding a possible future summit to discuss the incident to make sure it doesn't happen again and to ratify a new treaty, that is if by this time the Zoner Alliance hasn't completely collapsed and dissolved.

Those that haven't been pardon, please keep in mind that the sanctions are still in place, and the Armed Forces still has the right to act aggressive in their manner to enforce these sanctions.
