Don't agree with ship sharing between zoners and their allies, the order are in a constant state of war which is reflected in their shipline so therefore zoners do not use order ships because zoners are not at war with anyone (until recently of course) Same goes for the Council, no need for zoners to be flying their warships.

As if zoners need more capships anyway.
