"Good morning, I am Commandante Warner, representing the Sirius Coalition.

As you know the Coalition has sent scouts into Gallia to determine the validity of your claims of a possible invasion of Gallia into the Sirius sector, we have determined that the Gallic Navy is indeed a real threat and are currently taking steps to prepare for an eventual invasion by Gallia into Sirius. However the Sirius Coalition finds itself lacking ships that can stand up to the might of this Gallic Royal Navy, our scouts however have determined that the vessel known as the 'Cassard' which was disabled by your forces may prove to be the answer to both our problems in terms of firepower.

The current damages gleaned from scans of the ship in question and from rumours around the system are;

Engine Damage (Moderate-High)

Data Core (High)

Rear Weapon Turrets (High)

Hull Integrity (Low-Moderate)

Life-Support (Low-Moderate)

Despite the damage done to the ship we believe that our Engineers may be able to bring the ship back on-line and into a fighting state, however we would request your permission to board the Cassard in Life-Support suits and determine the extent of the damage from the inside and if possible begin to initiate repairs before the Gallic Navy begins it's final push into Council-Held space.

Comrades, this vessel is a symbol, that people do not need to fear tyranny as long as there are those who are willing to sacrifice their lives, their time and their livelihood in the hope that they can make a difference, bringing the ship on-line and arrayed against the Gallic forces as a ship united under freedom would give hope to those who have lost all hope, show Sirius that the Gallic Navy is just another force that if united against can be defeated.
