You have still not shown me what part of the contractual agreement was broken, or where it said we were obligated to follow your "Good Neighbor Policy." You seem to think that we were somehow obliged to follow something not in our deal. That was a mistake on your part, we followed our contractual obligations to the letter. The Omicroners are the ones who broke the treaty. You can say it was the Corsairs all you want, but we followed the treaty while you did not. That is the end of the story for me.
Beyond that, would you care to explain to me what part of the "Good Neighbor Policy" the Corsairs are being accused of violating?

Effective Immediately, we are initiating a good neighbor policy. Our bases are welcome ports to those who seek to trade, refuel and restock. They are not welcome ports for those who seek to use them as springboards for military action or to seek refuge from aborted attempts of the same.
Groups or individuals who think to employ the Nine as a staging ground for military action against our neighbors, on any side of the fence, will find that the comforts and opportunities afforded here will be denied to them.
Signed,
the Seniors

Hear ye, hear ye. Freeport 9 is welcome to all for trade, beer, and anyone looking for a love hotel. Launching from our beloved wreck of a station will no longer be tolerated. If you bring a battleship to our doorstep, we better see it leave in the direction it came from.
If we see Outcast ships land on our Freeport and head toward Gamma, we will deny you access.
If we see Corsair ships land on the Nine and head toward Eta, we will deny you access.
If we see your ship land on the station with a resurrected clone of Miley Cyrus, we will deny you access.
Zoners welcome folk from all walk of life, but we don't want you bringing your troubles with you. Our ways will be protected. We may be small but so are Gaian man eating killer ladybugs.
Thank you for your time and we look forward to seeing everyone at the next "What happens when you or a part of you is eaten by a Nomad" seminar.
