This is some footage taken yet again of a Smuggler named The_Raven docking at Manhattin with a full load of Cardi. We blow him up? he is back in hours. We lock down the ring's,and mooring fixtures? he still docks somehow by-passing our security. Something needs to be done to this Lad. All bases need to be put on high alert,andall codes changed,and or scrambled.
