Put a shortcut to the freelancer.exe in your Disco folder on your desktop. Add the following parameters:
-w -d1152x870 -s78.46.88.87 -s78.46.88.89

Change the resolution to whatever you want.

Double-click it. It'll open a second instance of disco in a window for you.
