Standing suggestion from me regarding this, is that he is to be killed. It is sad, but we cannot take any chances with this, despite the fact that he was once our brother.

Regarding a different matter: (To be relayed to the OPG and the Benitez's.)
If you have any quarrel with each other, or the Coalition, the Elders would appreciate it if you contacted us before takeing actions directly of your own accord. I have been convinced, through conversation on our database, that this is the correct course of action to take.
If you have any complaints, forward them to one of the Elders. We will deal with them. I accepted it before, but now is time to assert Corsair authority over the Coalition. They must be put in their place if we are to coexist.
