Execution of the Chancellors will both within and without Rheinland. The Nuremburg will act primarily as a weapon of war, seeking to cripple Liberty both through enforcement of the economic embargo and military action. She is based out of Alster Shipyard, Hamburg, to better cater to the demands of ship, crew and duty.
One of the newest products of Alster shipyard, along with many others of her class, production of the Nuremburg was rushed in an attempt to match the tide of Libertonian vessels. Within months of the construction order; the first vessels of the 303rd Assault Squadron departed the shipyard. Crewed primarily by fresh recruits; the 303rd was decimated in the units first action against Liberty Warships in Hudson. Such was the devastation visited upon the Squadron that by the time the Nuremburg, one of the final vessels to be commissioned, was declared battle-ready only a handful of comrades remained to fight alongside her.
Commanded by the fiercely uncompromising Leutnant von Herrmann the RNC-Nuremburg mounts a deadly variety of anti-capital weapons, to better avenge her lost brethren. The vessel's side is as yet unblemished with kill markings, a situation von Herrmann fully intends to correct.
The Gunboat now sits in Alster undergoing final readiness tests. The four man crew of the Nuremburg fully prepared to follow their new Commander to hell and back. As the situation with Liberty continues to degrade; it's becoming increasingly likely that they will have to.
