Security? You have much better chance for successful assault on BMM miners, then on Molly mining operation, protected by Scyllas or Bargheirsts. And in result it will just localise the poorly roleplayed mining with 2-millions-per-miner tax, but not in the part of space under Bretonia's jurisdiction. Well done.
