House corporations are naturally more sensitive to this change (especially the tagged ones), but in return they do get increased attention from house lawfuls too. I guess convoys, scouting and very careful planning when jumpholes or the choice of an alternative cargo isnt an option. And lets face it, most powertraders do not care about the RP-value of their cargo and ID (some even use the liberty jumpholes to cut their routes short, even if it means passing several rogue and hacker bases), but plain profit-maximizing so they can shuffle around routes and commodities as they see fit - that does not mean that proper trading factions have to suffer, but lets give it a chance. It works in other games. As it is now, a gb/bomberswarm would also be the death of the corporate trader.
EDIT: Not sure if Bowex can use military-grade stuff, but if so the Challenger would be a great counter too.
