I imagine that, like any drug, if the blood saturation levels were sufficient to impart some manner of contact high comparable to that of that of the original narcotic the individual in question would be deader than a dead thing.
By which I mean: Yeah sure, it sounds good for dramatic effect. Who doesn't like the idea of gangs roaming the streets of Manhattan looking for rich smegheads to drag off with aims to drain the fellow's blood for the happy drugs therein?
