Junkers hate us for some reason I've never quite understood other than you want to help yourselves to the silver in Colorado and surprisingly we don't let you just walk in and take it.

If you are carrying silver I'll ask you to drop it... If you are trading with Kusari I'll KOS... If you are harvesting Xeno pilots I'll hunt you down.
