It seems you only payed for the Bundschuh to that guy, and not for the transport which carried MV's.
Why is that so? You claim there is a bounty, and you bring up some thread (which isn't in a bounty section) as evidence, and then you -still- don't pay for a claimed bounty.
Also, I was told that the Freelancer who posted #210 didn't even want the money, which makes it even more weird.

Well, yeah it's true that I'm slowly slipping into paperwork roles that I hadn't been fulfilling before, and it was an oversight. I wonder what your actual point is. It's mostly complaining, can you tell me how any of this will actually improve RM as a whole?
